Union Colony Fire Station #3 was an 11,000 square foot ground up construction project on a 2 acre site, spaces include a 3 bay drive through apparatus room, ancillary apparatus functions, a basement area and living quarters consisting of bunk rooms, kitchen, day room, dinning room, and offices. TCC Corporation was contracted to provide space planning, design coordination and construction services for the project to include civil, landscape, irrigation, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
