Carter Lake Marina Building

Carter Lake Marina Building is a 4,442 square foot, prefabricated metal building; spaces include a full deck, office, retail service and food service. Carter Lake Marina was built with the intent to provide a casual, comfortable, and environmentally friendly rest area for members of the community to relax and refuel.   TCC Corporation was contracted to provide space planning, design coordination and construction services for the project to include civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines.
