Weld County Garage

For the Weld County Garage Project TCC was required to provide a facility that included
visibility for supervision, equipment and tool storage,control of exhaust fumes, hazardous
waste handling and storage, Non slip floors in garage, as well as office and circulation space.
Weld County Garage in Greeley, Colorado was an approximate 60,000 Sq Ft existing building
that was remodeled from a feed store into a car dealership.  With a very limited construction
budget every design decision was carefully scrutinized to ensure not only a particular architectural
feeling was accomplished but it was staying within the allowed construction budget.
