This was a project with class, style, and innovative thinking. TCC worked hand and hand with the entire Foundation committee to meet and surpass the goals of both the committee and community. This project was the renovation and expansion of the Judy Farr Center which houses offices and meeting facilities for the UNC Foundation, Inc. and Alumni Association. The goal was to create a destination which is a welcoming retreat for returning Alumni and a focal point within the whole community at large. TCC Corporation was contracted to renovate a new entry pavilion, transform a industrial garage into a conference room, two offices for the staff, and a lounge/sitting area where people can visit. The Exterior spaces were designed to compliment the environment, which included a large stone deck with built in seating and a garden.
